What it is

We install remotely readable water meters in apartments that send readings on their own. Managers no longer collect readings door to door, and residents no longer need to remember deadlines.

Readings flow into the Mājas Punkts portal: residents see their consumption and invoices, managers see the whole building in one place. If needed, we also pass the data to your accounting system.

Do existing meters need replacing?

Usually yes: remotely readable meters are installed. In some cases a module can be added to existing meters; we check this during the survey.

Do residents need to do anything?

Only to allow access for meter installation. After that readings arrive automatically and residents can see their consumption in the portal.

Can it be used without Mājas Punkts?

Yes. We can deliver readings to your existing system or export them as files.

What if a meter stops sending data?

The system notices it and we contact the manager to fix the issue.
